    swimming continuously and comfortably for a distance of 100m?
    able to maintain a streamlined body position showing the correct leg action
    for each of the four basic strokes? (front crawl, backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly)
    able to swim continuously for a minimum distance of 15m, demonstrating full
    strokes including correct breathing for all four basic strokes?

    able to do a streamlined dive into the pool?
    able to do a forward roll from the wall?
    able to jump in without googles - float for 5 seconds and swim 10m?
    treading and sculling with face above the surface for 20-30 seconds?
