for each of the four basic strokes? (front crawl, backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly)
able to swim continuously for a minimum distance of 10m, demonstrating full
strokes including correct breathing for all four basic strokes?
able to do a basic standing / crouching dive into the pool?
able to do a handstand?
treading and sculling with face above the surface for 15-20 seconds?
able to jump in without googles - float for 5 seconds and return to side?
